What are these products?
MIST 01 is a self-heating warm eye mask. CLOUD 02 is a self-heating wrap for the waist or abdomen. LOOP 03 is a self-heating wrist wrap. Each is activated by air and designed for one use.
Do I need to heat them first?
No. Open the individual sachet or pouch only when ready to use. Do not microwave or apply an external heat source.
Can I use them while sleeping?
No. Use all three products only while awake. Follow each product’s directions and warnings, and remove it if the warmth feels excessive or uncomfortable.
Are they reusable?
No. All three warming products are single-use. Do not reuse them. Keep each sachet or pouch sealed until you are ready to use the product.
Do I need to use one every day?
No. The quantity in a box tells you what is included, not a daily schedule. Choose your own occasions and always follow the product’s use limits.
Are they medical treatments?
The products are offered for personal warmth and comfort. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
